Your Wiggle Warrior® Training:
First, do the biggest eye roll you can make and then get your whole body to do it too.
(Really, try it!)
Next, gently pinch around the outside of your ears 6 times.
Next, roll your shoulders from side to side 5 times.
Next, look up and name what you see.
And then to finish, take 3 calming breaths.
Now ask yourself, “What am I apathetic about? Does someone keep doing something that isn’t right? Does something keep happening that isn’t fair?”
Even though you might feel helpless, you CAN change it. All it takes is a little energy.
Underneath your apathy is anger and resentment, which both have a lot of energy. Try to get in touch with these feelings to identify what is bothering you. Then figure out what you will need to say or do to reset your limits.
You can say, "I won't do that anymore"... "No thanks"... or "I've changed my mind."
You will gain courage and momentum as you go, so all you have to do is start.
It’s okay to feel apathetic.
