Anne Kubitsky is an entrepreneur, author and artist, and our Founder & CEO. She holds a BA in Biological Sciences and Philosophy as well as additional training in Illustration and Graphic Design from Paier College of Art. She is the creator of all of our programming and, because of this work, a recipient of the "Daily Point of Light Award," a national award originated out of the White House under former president George HW Bush. In 2015, Anne received a proclamation from the Mayor of Hartford declaring April 19th "Look for the Good Day" in the city of Hartford, along with a special "Look for the Good" song written by Connecticut State Troubadour Kate Callahan. Her first book, What Makes You Grateful was featured on MSNBC, and in Reader's Digest and The Huffington Post. Anne is currently the only full-time worker for Look for the Good Project.
Anne Horton, Treasurer
Anne Horton has 25+ years global experience in the payments business, including 13+ years with Mastercard where she is a Principal in their data and services business. Anne has held a number of roles at Mastercard including: Consulting services delivery expert focused on lifecycle marketing globally; global head of independent banks and credit unions segment; and regional accounts client business lead. She started her career at Citibank and spent 9 years with them in New York, Madrid, and Atlanta. Anne is fluent in Spanish, speaks advanced Portuguese, and is regaining her French skills. She has a BA from Smith College and an MBA from University of Chicago in international marketing and strategy. She has lived in Costa Rica, Switzerland and Spain and is currently located in Cary, NC. Anne believes that the social and emotional learning offered by LFTG is exactly what is needed in the world today. She is a single mother of a 7 year old girl and wants her to grow up understanding empathy so that she can use kindness and love to make the world a better place.
Kelly Chapman, Secretary
Owner, Meredith Whole Living Center
Kelly is an entrepreneur and owner of Meredith Whole Living Center - a Float Spa in Meredith, New Hampshire. She created the center after a successful non-profit career in youth and community development, where she recognized the need for a sustained model of self-care throughout the lifespan. There is nothing she enjoys more than supporting and championing others as they rise to meet their highest potential. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Women’s Studies and is a Certified Authentic Leadership Coach, Jikiden Reiki Practitioner and Yoga Instructor.

Dave Maloney, Board Member
Retired Director, Connecticut Association of Schools
As Director of Student Activities for the Connecticut Association of Schools (servicing over 900 schools), Dave developed a broad range of service and leadership programs that saw participation rates in K-12 schools skyrocket. He was responsible for bringing Look for the Good Project to the Connecticut Association of Schools, which saw immediate positive results. Serving on the Board is a natural for Dave, who remains committed to fostering student-centered programs that build positive relationships among the entire school community.
