Your Wiggle Warrior® Practice:
First, raise your hands up over your head and shake your whole body, including your face.
(Really, try it!)
Next, bounce your shoulders up and down 8 times.
Next, raise your hands up over your head and clap 4 times.
Next, run in place with your knees high for 10 seconds to remind yourself that the time to act on your idea is now (or bounce your body).
And to finish, take 3 deep breaths of gratitude for the inspiration that has come to you.
Now, let’s get curious:
What sensations do you feel in your body?
Do you feel energized?
Warm or tingly?
Like you want to jump up or laugh?
What are you noticing?
When inspiration arrives, we normally have a lot of energy to do something or say something that might be different or new.
You don’t have to know what it will lead to yet… you just have to start.
Use the power of “Yet” whenever you get stuck. Say: “I can’t do this YET... I’m not good at this YET... I don’t understand this YET.”
Enjoy your inspiration and speak kindly to it. Allow your inspiration to grow until you are inspired to act.
Inspiration grows into creativity and play. Great job!
