
Befriend Your Rejection
Sometimes people criticize or exclude us and we start to feel rejected. No matter what happens in your relationships, you can use the feeling of rejection to learn to accept yourself. Just scroll down to start your practice.
Your Wiggle Warrior® Practice:
First, roll your eyes as big as you can... and then get your whole body to do it too. (Really, try it!)
Next, go like this:
Next, pinch your eyebrows (both sides) 7 times.
Next, give yourself a BIG HUG and twist to both sides.
Take 5 calming breaths to shrink your rejection.

And to finish, put your hands on your heart and say this: ”I will be okay and can learn from this.”
