Your Wiggle Warrior® Training:
First, reach your hands over your head 5 times.
(Really, try it!)
Next, shrug your shoulders and let out a big sigh.
Next, put your lips together and blow out to make a funny sound.
Next, gently pinch your eyebrows 6 times.
And then to finish, take 3 calming breaths.
Now ask yourself, “What am I unsure about? Is there something that's making me doubt myself?”
You are brave. It takes courage to admit to uncertainty.
