Your Wiggle Warrior® Training:

First, reach your hands over your head 5 times.

(Really, try it!)

Next, shrug your shoulders and let out a big sigh.

Next, put your lips together and blow out to make a funny sound.

Next, gently pinch your eyebrows 6 times.

And then to finish, take 3 calming breaths.

Now ask yourself, “What am I unsure about? Is there something that's making me doubt myself?”

You are brave. It takes courage to admit to uncertainty.

What questions do you still need answered?

Are there any people you can ask for help?

Once you have gathered more information, pay attention to how this makes you feel. Do you feel peaceful and calm? Or, are you still feeling anxious or unsure? Use your uncertainty to pause... to ask... to listen... and to get really curious about what is needed next.

Your uncertainty is here to guide you to dig a little deeper, to gather more information, and to trust yourself when something finally feels right. You got this.

Take all the time you need.
