Your Wiggle Warrior® Practice:
First, reach your arms up over your head 5 times to open your heart and fully feel your gratitude.
(Really, try it!)
Next, do a little dance with your shoulders to show how grateful you feel.
Next, clap your hands together really quickly for 10 seconds and smile if you feel like it.
Next, throw invisible confetti in the air to celebrate your thankfulness.
And to finish, take 3 deep, calming breaths.
Now, let’s get curious:
What sensations do you feel in your body?
What are you noticing?
When gratitude arrives, we are normally amazed by someone's kindness, our own good fortune, or simply feeling thankful for things that we never noticed before.
We can't force ourselves to feel grateful. But we can welcome it. Allow your gratitude to grow until you are inspired to speak it.
Gratitude grows into acts of kindness and is meant to be shared with others. Great job!
