Your Wiggle Warrior® Training:

First, put your hands on your belly and take three, deep cleansing breaths.

(Really, try it!)

Next, shake invisible paint off your hands like you're getting toxic goo off.

Next, spread your arms wide and use your hands to create a protective shield all around you.

Now, wipe any gross feelings off your shoulders.

Then put your hands on your heart and tell yourself this: “I trust myself. I know myself. And disgust is here to tell me something is off or not right.”

And then to finish, take 5 deep breaths to shrink your disgust to a more manageable size.

(Turn on the sound and press play.)

Now, ask yourself, “What am I feeling critical or disgusted by? Is there something or someone I need to get away from?”

You have every right to not like something or want something.

You also have the right to create limits and boundaries if someone is making you feel icky or creepy.

You can say, "No thank you"... "I don't like that"...or "I changed my mind."

If you are still feeling uncomfortable or don't know what to do next, ask someone you trust for help.

It’s okay to feel disgusted.

Disgust is your power to protect yourself from unsafe people and situations.

When it arrives, it’s time to let go, reset, or make a big change.

You can do this.
