Your Wiggle Warrior® Training:
First, do a happy dance for 15 seconds.
(Really, try it!)
Next, do 17 Jumping Jills.
Next, roll your shoulders from side to side 6 times.
Next, spin around with your arms wide!
And then to finish, take 3 calming breaths.
Now, let’s get curious: What sensations do you feel in your body? Do you feel energized? Tingly? Like you want to laugh or dance? What are you noticing?
If you're feeling guilty about your happiness -- just remember there’s enough happiness for everyone! You are allowed to be happy. Happiness helps your body rest and reset. This is why it's so important to enjoy your happiness.
You can't force happiness to be here.
Whenever it arrives, speak kindly to it. Make space for it. And allow it to visit you often.
Happiness grows out of calm contentment and allows you to be fully present, flexible, and generous.
Take your time to savor it and ENJOY IT!
