Befriend Your Rejection

Move and breathe to calm your body. Then, make a healthy choice. 

 

First, roll your eyes as big as you can... and then get your whole body to do it too.

 

Next, go like this:

 

 Next, pinch your eyebrows (both sides) 7 times.

 

 Next, give yourself a BIG HUG and twist back and forth.

 

Take 3 calming breaths to shrink your rejection. Just turn on the sound and press play.

 

 And to finish, put your hands on your heart and say this: ”I will be okay and can learn from this.”

 

Rejection helps you love and accept yourself while also respecting someone's right to say "no." How can you accept yourself when others won't?
